The competitive exam passed (CAPES, agrégation, CRPE in France) and degrees (MEEF master, PhD) belong at the top. For private and higher-ed roles, expect an additional pedagogical-project description (methods, special programmes, participation in innovations like flipped classrooms or cooperative learning). Concrete indicators — student pass rates, cross-disciplinary projects launched, continuing education (DU, academic training) — clearly differentiate candidates. Listing digital tools (Pronote, Moodle, Educartable) became a selective criterion after the remote-teaching shift.
